As a strong advocate of balancing general wellness, diet and nutrition, Dr. Hawkins began in December 2013 formulating a signature dietary supplement focusing on brain and central nervous system health. This came to fruition in April 2015 with the creation of his proprietary supplement designed specifically for neurotransmitter support – Advyndra® followed by a second proprietary sleep support supplement, Serinytex® – www.mindandbodyhealth.solutions.
Dr Hawkins incorporates Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), traditional neurofeedback, diet and nutrition into his patient care management. He decided to become an IASIS certified provider to offer another non-medicinal alternative to treating his patients. Dr Hawkins has seen appreciable benefits using IASIS Neurofeedback in his patient population.
Dr. Hawkins resides in Grand Prairie, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He is pescatarian and in his spare time enjoys community service, international travel and pilates.
